What the Colours Mean

GREEN Capacity is available today, so you can apply training load and expect a positive response.
AMBER Capacity is limited or variable, so train in a supportive way and avoid stacking stress.
RED Capacity is reduced, so focus on protection, circulation, or rest rather than training.

Your Steps

1. Choose your colour fast (no analysis).
2. Decide what today is for (aerobic / strength / recovery / just moving).
3. Match the load to both — finish feeling more capable, not depleted.

Optional: HRV and wearables can support awareness over time, but they never override how you feel.
